These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pcfy.in (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from PCFY.
By visiting, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on the website, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.
Operating Entity / Billing: PCFY is operated by End to End Infotech Private Limited. Orders may be billed/invoiced in the name of End to End Infotech Private Limited.
Service Area: We currently sell and ship within India only.
1) Definitions
- “PCFY,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website/brand operated by End to End Infotech Private Limited.
- “You,” “User,” “Customer,” and “Buyer” refer to any person who accesses the Website and/or purchases from us.
- “Product(s)” refers to the goods listed for sale on the Website (primarily pre-owned tech devices and related items).
2) Nature of Products (Pre-Owned, Not Refurbished)
PCFY sells pre-owned products (not refurbished). Pre-owned products may or may not show minor signs of prior use. We aim to sell only products that meet our A1 Condition standards, as described on our website.
Product images may be for representation purposes unless explicitly stated as actual images of the specific unit.
3) Eligibility & Account Responsibility
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
4) Pricing, Taxes & Availability
- Prices are shown on the website and may be changed without prior notice.
- Prices may include or exclude shipping charges as displayed at checkout.
- Applicable taxes (such as GST, if applicable) will be shown on the invoice/order summary as per law.
- All products are subject to availability. Inventory may be limited due to the nature of pre-owned goods.
5) Accuracy of Listings / Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information such as brand, model, configuration, condition, included items, and pricing is accurate.
However, occasional errors, typographical mistakes, or display differences may occur.
- Minor variations (such as slight cosmetic signs consistent with pre-owned usage, packaging differences, or non-material listing errors) may not qualify as a defect.
- Material mismatches (for example, wrong model, wrong configuration/specs, missing included items clearly promised, or significant deviation from what was stated) will be handled as per our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.
6) Order Placement, Offer & Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only after we confirm the order and/or dispatch the product.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order (fully or partially) before dispatch due to reasons such as pricing errors, stock unavailability, address/serviceability issues, suspected fraud, or compliance requirements.
7) Payments
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateway(s)/banking partners.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered, is subject to conditions displayed at checkout (for example, minimum order value and PIN-code serviceability).
- We may request additional verification for certain orders to protect customers and prevent fraud.
8) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, risk of loss and title typically pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Product to the address provided by the Buyer.
9) Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Returns, refunds, and warranties are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
We primarily support issue-based returns within 7 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted for select products after QC/inspection, with applicable deductions (for example, return logistics fees), as described in the policy.
10) Customer Responsibilities (Important)
- Unboxing: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to help resolve transit damage/missing item claims.
- Accounts & Locks: You must remove any passwords and sign out of accounts (for example, iCloud/Google/Microsoft) before returning a product or sending it for service.
- Data Backup: You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for loss of data during troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or returns.
- Lawful Use: You must use the Website and Products only for lawful purposes.
11) Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the Website (attempt hacking, scraping, introducing malware, or interfering with security);
- place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment instruments;
- provide false information or impersonate another person;
- abuse, threaten, or harass support staff.
12) Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including logos, text, images, designs, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to PCFY/End to End Infotech Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any website content without prior written permission.
13) Disclaimers
- Products are pre-owned and may have minor cosmetic wear consistent with pre-owned usage, unless otherwise promised in writing.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Products and Website services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except as explicitly stated in our warranty/return policies.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCFY/End to End Infotech Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data).
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PCFY/End to End Infotech Private Limited from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, fraud, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
16) Suspension, Cancellation & Termination
We may suspend access to the Website or cancel orders if we reasonably believe there is fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, or legal/compliance risk. If an order is cancelled after payment is received, a refund will be processed as per applicable policy and payment provider timelines.
17) Force Majeure
PCFY/End to End Infotech Private Limited shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God; natural disasters; fire; flood; war; strikes; labor disputes; governmental actions; internet/telecom outages; pandemics; courier/logistics disruptions; or other events of a similar nature.
18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
