PCFY Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on pcfy.in (“PCFY”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Billing/Invoice: Orders may be billed and invoiced by End to End Infotech Private Limited (the company operating PCFY).

Important: All delivery timelines mentioned on our website are estimated and not guaranteed.


1) Courier Partner

We ship orders through Shree Tirupati Courier Services Pvt. Ltd. and/or other logistics partners based on serviceability and operational requirements.


2) Order Processing / Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During high order volume, sale periods, courier disruptions, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email/phone/WhatsApp.


3) Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on your PIN code, courier availability, local restrictions, and other operational factors.

  • Delhi-NCR: typically 24–72 hours after dispatch (courier dependent).
  • Other parts of India: typically 3–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote / non-metro locations: may take up to 15 days after dispatch depending on serviceability.

4) Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed clearly at checkout before you place the order.


5) Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders above ₹1000 (subject to PIN code serviceability and courier availability). If COD is not available for your location, you will see prepaid options at checkout.


6) Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking ID (email/WhatsApp/SMS as applicable).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to reflect on the courier tracking system.


7) Address, Serviceability & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and phone number are accurate and reachable. Orders are shipped only to serviceable PIN codes.

Courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or unavailability at the address, the shipment may be returned to origin. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


8) Tampered Package / Damage / Missing Items (Important)

We strongly recommend making an unboxing video at the time of delivery (sealed package → opening → product + accessories → first power-on).

If your package appears tampered with, or your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or mismatched:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and
  • Share clear photos/videos (including the unboxing video, outer packaging, and shipping label).

Claims are subject to verification and may require courier investigation. Timely evidence (especially an unboxing video) helps us resolve issues faster and more fairly.


9) If Your Order Is Delayed

If you haven’t received your order within 5–7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, or if tracking is not updating, please contact us and we will assist you.
